Snap On top of the line tool box. Never used in a business environment, repair shop, body shop, agriculture repair shop or anywhere other than my own homeowner shop. The box is approx. 10 years old. It is not flawless but very nearly that way. I don't throw tools in or at the box. I don't pile pounds and pounds of tools and randomly rifle through scads of dirty junk tools to find a grease covered knuckle buster. If you do that and it works for you, then keep it up. I am a cleaner and the box and all within get cleaned after usage. The box has been waxed frequently and the ball bearing glides lubricated regularly. I work on my things infrequently and bought tools over and over, used as a hobby not for commercial interests. Ball bearing glides are the only way to go and take very little effort to open and close. To replace the box looks like according to Snap On is around $11,500.00 I also want to point out that if you move your box around the shop this very large box roles easily. As for the stopping you are on your own, as when it gets rolling inertia takes over so use caution. I will sell the box for certain. I don't want trades guns cars or much else but cash works. The pictures tells the story. The yellow looks great and always draws attention of those who see it.
Now, why ? Why sell it.........The answer is at the age of 49 I suffered a stroke from an unknown brain tumor and needless to say I can't use nor do I need this perfect box any longer. I am completely down sizing and paying off some accumulated bills. I do own the box free and clear. At this time the tools will not be sold but if you want them all shoot me an offer. Some tools will be offered to the new owner after the box is settled for.
